主要機構性能

1、整臺機器按照高要求，可靠性及安全而設計制造，整機操作人性化設計，能

在短時間內進行設定、修正、執行、更換、記憶功能，并以 數據顯示。

2、所有傳動輥材質均為優 質鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。

3、傳動齒輪采用20CrMnti優 質合金鋼，經熱處理，研磨而成。

4、整機傳動軸和調節軸采用免鍵連接，減少連接間隙，保證印刷套印精度。

5、機油自動平衡裝置，保持各單元油面平衡。

6、整機采用PLC控制，具有歸零，記憶等功能。(可選用PLC結合觸摸屏控制)

7、機械前緣式進紙方式(可選伺服前緣送紙方式)。

8、送紙部可變頻調節吸風大小適用不同紙張。

9、網輥：可選用金屬網輥或陶瓷網紋輥，網輥線數可根據用戶要求選擇。

Performance of the main mechanisms

2.All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials, hard chromium plating and the surface treated by lapping finish.

3.The drive gears adopt high quality alloy steel 20CrMnti, after heat treatment and lapping finish.

4.The main drive roller adopt keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, guarantee the printing presicion.

5.Lubricate oil automatic balance device, keep the equal oil level equal in each unit.

6.The machine adopt PLC control, with“automatic zero return”and“memories”function(Can choose PLC with touch screen to contvol).

7.Mechanical edge-leading feed type(Can choose servo edge leader feed type).

8.Can adjust wind to suit different size paper by frequency converter in feeding part.

9.Customer can chose use steel anilox roller or ceramic roller, the lines of the anilox roller also can be chosed accord the customer requirement.
